Digital Products

Because Study Guides and other digital products are delivered immediately as downloadable files, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical problem with your download or believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.

Printed Materials

If a printed product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Donations

Donations to Transformation Bible Ministries are gifts to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error or in the wrong amount, please contact us within 30 days and we will review the request.

Recurring Giving

You may change or cancel a recurring gift at any time. Cancellations take effect for the next scheduled payment; previously processed gifts are not refunded.
